On Sunday, May 10, 2020, our team will be participating in the 11th annual Lace Up for Love 1 km & 5 km Walk/Run, at Spencer Smith Park (West), in Burlington.
This event will help raise funds for the cancer support programs and services that Wellspring Birmingham Gilgan House provides, free of charge, to individuals and families living with cancer. In November 2018 Tony was diagnosed Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM). This is a grade 4 brain cancer and unfortunately there is no cure.
Our family has benefitted greatly from many of the programs that Wellspring Oakville has to offer. Customized exercise programs, family therapy sessions and overall support to help us manage through this difficult time. Please help us reach our fundraising goal so that together we can make a difference in the lives of Wellspring members. Two craniotomies later Tony is on a mission to beat cancer.
Please help us reach our fundraising goal or participate in the event by joining our team.
